• Associate your username with photos you upload

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 With Event Participants

Photos you upload are shared with other participants of the same event. All participants who have joined an event using the event code can view photos in that event's gallery.

4.2 With Event Organizers

Event organizers have access to all photos uploaded to their events and may display them on event slideshows or download them for personal use.

4.3 We Do NOT

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your data with advertising networks
• Use your photos for marketing purposes without consent
• Share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes

You can delete your photos at any time through the app. Deleted photos are removed from our active servers, though backup copies may persist for a limited period for disaster recovery purposes.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view all photos you have uploaded through the app.
• Deletion: You can delete your photos at any time from within the app.
• Withdrawal: You can leave an event at any time, which will remove your association with that event.
• Data Portability: You can download your photos from the app.
